Nagomi joined DG Ventures in October 2025.

She began her career at Mitsui & Co. in 2017, where she focused on automotive and mobility investments within the Mobility Division. During her tenure, she developed strategies to build synergies between overseas companies and Japanese OEMs, led new EV-related investments in the United States, and contributed to the value enhancement of existing assets. She also obtained an MBA in Europe during her tenure.

Raised in the Egypt and the United States, Nagomi returned to Japan for university and graduated from University of Tokyo, Faculty of Law. She is bilingual in English and Japanese.
