Welmo Inc. is a social venture with the mission to realize a “sustainable aging society”.

We provide services related to home medical care, with a focus on Milmo Net—a platform for gathering data on local nursing resources. Our services include Milmo Plan, an AI-driven system to support the creation of care plans; Milmo Work, an HR tech reinforced recruiting service for nursing personnel; and Milmo Selection, a service to support the adoption and purchase of IT in nursing facilities.By implementing care technology, we aim to make care more patient-centered and improve the quality of life of all those involved in nursing care.Additionally, to promote child welfare, we provide a development support and after-school day care service for children called Unico.
