After graduating Open Network Lab, co-founder Taro Fukuyama became the first Japanese entrepreneur to join Y Combinator with his co-founder Sunny Tsang. With over 1,000 companies using its service, Fond provides benefits ranging from restaurants to outdoor activities. The company has recently launched Rewards, a platform to help companies increase employee recognition.
