Pnyks, Inc. develops and offers DataWallet, a marketplace for buying and selling personal information. With only 24% of all online personal information data being brokered, companies are yearning to be able to access more data. Not only is there a limit to the personal data, the sources from which these data were tacken from are unknown, leading to data validity questions and trust issues. DataWallet hopes to solve that by gathering data from individuals, and selling that data to companies for usage. Individuals can choose which data they wish to sell, and which data they wish to keep to prevent confidential data from leaking.
